Wow! It's been... 7 months? So sorry, friends. Most of the reason is because I wasn't getting on the computer as much as I was before, and also because I forgot my password for this... bahaha!
Well here's an update.
I moved out. Now I'm back living with my parents. Don't get me wrong, living on my own was great! But there were some unforseen events that happened that, well, were not awesome. Long story short, one roommate moved out, I moved out, and the other roommate and I are still friends.
Things in life seem to be looking up though. I am planning on buying my own house here in the next few months ( I must be crazy!) It's not going to be a huge house, just a small starter where I can still live on my own, have my own place and build equity. I'm grateful for my parents who are helping me through the whole process.
Parker has been gone for 1 year! He's coming home soon! YAY! I can't express how much I miss him! I have needed him a lot lately these last few weeks, but knowing that I went through what happened by myself when I would normally lean on him makes me realize that I am a much stronger person then I thought I was. (Go me!) He's doing great though. He just got transferred from Rockhampton to being a zone leader. He was a little sad at first, just because he loved "Rocky" (as he calls it) and he loved his companion, Elder Balmforth. But he knows that the Lord has a bigger plan for him now then he had for himself, and so he is getting along great now.
I promise that I will post more often, and that I will post more optimistic and happy things, since I hadn't been the last few posts!
